The purchaser of an original artwork owns the physical piece, but not the right to reproduce, copy, or distribute the image of the artwork for any purpose without the Artist’s explicit, written permission.

  • Permitted Use: You may download, display, or print a single copy of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of any Content from this Website is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Artist.

 

3. Inquiries and Sale of Artwork

 

  • No Direct Sales on Website: This Website does not process or complete sales transactions. All inquiries about purchasing original artwork or commissions must be made via email as described on the contact page.

  • Separate Sale Contract: Any discussion, negotiation, or agreement regarding the sale or commissioning of artwork resulting from an inquiry will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as an invoice or sale contract) provided by the Artist. This separate agreement will cover all essential terms, including price, payment, shipping, insurance, returns, and warranties.

  • Accuracy of Artwork Display: We make every effort to display the colors and details of the artwork accurately. However, due to differences in monitor calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the actual color of the artwork.
